"A fantastic performance was given by Perreo Land, engaging the crowd and keeping them entertained. Sadly, my response to the venue is due to the delay in start time and the mandatory no-phone policy. The first act began an hour later than the official ticket start time, with no prior communication about the phone-locking policy for the entire event. Respect for the no-phone rule is understandable, but proper communication is essential. Following the event, we waited outside for about 40 minutes for an attendant to unlock our phones using magnets, which was unacceptable. It turned out that our side of the building lacked proper coverage to open the phone bags, unlike the other half of the building, leading to some individuals tearing the bags apart and throwing them at concrete to open them. This resulted in a messy, mob-like situation outside. I will not be attending another Perreo Land event at this venue."
